Best Mode Quality Control
SpeedBeast’s manufacturer will perform the initial factory QC check, follow with a final QC check before we send out to you to make sure the cells are balance and at the proper internal resistance.

All batteries are subject to Internal Resistance (IR) test before any dispatch to our end users and dealers. We will maintain that batteries that have an IR per cell of more than 3 milliohms will not be sent out. The closer the IR to 0 milliohms, the more pristine the battery.

All batteries will be shipped out in a “resting state”, which is called the Storage Mode. In Storage Mode, all individual cells will be sitting in 3.75-3.85v each cell, which is the most stable state for the batteries to be shipped in.

All batteries will be tested to ensure they have a balanced voltage before handed over to end users and dealers. We help ensure that the individual cells rest in no more than 0.25v delta between the highest and lowest voltage cells. This is to maximise the performance and increase the life cycle of the battery.
